Full Description

Our PADI Scuba Diver Course is the ideal way to begin your underwater journey. This 2-day beginner program combines dive theory with real-world training, ending with two unforgettable open water dives in the Caribbean Sea. After completion, you'll be certified to dive up to 12 meters (40 ft) under the supervision of a PADI professional anywhere in the world.

Learn the theory with PADI eLearning

With PADI eLearning, you can complete your dive theory online before you even arrive in Punta Cana. Study on your Apple or Android device from home, the airport, or even the beach. This flexibility means more time in the water and less time in a classroom during your vacation.

Confined water training

Your first day starts with a theory review and equipment introduction from your PADI Instructor. Then you'll head to the pool for confined water training in small groups, ensuring personalized attention. These sessions are designed to make you feel completely confident and comfortable before heading into open water — learning buoyancy control, safe breathing techniques, underwater communication, and basic problem-solving.

Open water dives in the Caribbean

The highlight of the course is two open water dives in Punta Cana's turquoise waters. You'll demonstrate your skills while exploring vibrant coral reefs and encountering tropical marine life. Skills are spread across both dives, so you'll have plenty of time to simply enjoy the underwater beauty.
